*If you have AP/Credit for Biology or General Chemistry, we will accept other Biology or Chemistry credits plus labs for these requirements (ie: Anatomy & Physiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry).
We also do not accept any science credits over 10 years old unless you have been using the content in your employment. Decisions regarding this issue are made by our Dean of Student Affairs.
CLEP credits can be used for any classes except sciences.
Foreign transcripts must be evaluated by an accredited service approved by SU before we can review them. We prefer World Education Services. You may reach them at 1-800-937-3895 or online at http://www.wes.org.
Graduate TOEFL score requirements - Regular (unconditional) admission of non-native English-speaking graduate students requires:
- Paper-based test score of 550 or higher
- Computer-based test score of 213 or higher
- Internet-based test score of 79 or higher
Applications with more than 9 credit hours of prerequisites to be completed over the summer prior to beginning the program will not be considered.
